Edinburgh city centre prestigious private members club on Princes Street now require waiting staff for busy Members' dining room.
Duties include the plated service of meals: serving breakfast, lunch, dinner.
The position is 39.5 hours per week on a fixed 2 week schedule.
Week 1
Monday to Friday 7.00-15.00 (Saturday and Sunday off)
Week 2
Monday 18.00-22.00
Tuesday 18.00-22.00
Wednesday 12.00-22.00
Thursday OFF
Friday 12.00-22.00
Saturday 7.30-11.00/ 18.30-22.00 Split
Sunday 7.30-15.00
Rate of pay is £11.00 per hour, rising to £12.00 per hour mid September. Weekly paid direct to bank.
Overtime is available subject to business and paid at time and half and double time on a rest day.
We have a staff fund scheme in lieu of tips. This is paid four times per year.
