A position has become available within our team here at the Holiday Inn Kenilworth Warwick.
We are looking for a FULL TIME Night Porter to work work 11pm - 7am 5 days out of 7.
Night Porter duties include:
- Assisting guests enquiries
- Service of food and drinks during night time (limited food menu available)
- Maintaining high standards of Health & Safety / Food Safety
- Maintaining security and safety of the hotel during night time hours
- Checking guests in/out of the hotel - full training of our hotel PMS system will be provided (we use Opera)
- Night audit (full training provided)
- Floor walks
