Southampton Nurseplus are looking for Support workers in the Bitterne area to provide support to a young male 24/7 in his own home
The shifts comprise of long / short days and sleeps on a 1:1 basis
We are looking to build a team of support workers who must have the following attributes:

- You must be proactive, this will include thinking of different activities and encouraging the service user to participate.
- The most important part of this role will be to encourage the service user to take part in various outside activities, supporting in the community and maintaining independence around his home and encourage fresh batch cooking, laundry and the garden

What Nurseplus needs from you as a Support worker:
- You must be over 18 to apply
- Have the right to work in the UK
- Have a full drivers licence and access to a vehicle
- A good standard of English and the ability to communicate effectively
- You must be able to use your own initiative
- An enhanced DBS, which you can apply for upon registration
