Self Employed Role
24/7 Supervision Ltd. consists of a team of in-home supervisors, who provide in-home supervision to family members, who are involved with the Local Authority / Children’s Social Care, owing to previous concerns around safe parenting. Our company is commissioned to supervise the families in their own home environment, and a team of in-home supervisors are allocated to a family house, working under the direction of qualified social workers and company directors.
Your role is to provide supervision to children and their families within their home setting. To ensure that children remain safe and well cared for, working closely with parents or carers to ensure that they provide safe care. You will be expected to keep accurate records, assist the family in the community and intervene in family life, if there are concerns around the child/ren’s safety, following all company policies and procures.
Pay is £15.00 - £20.00 per hour and double on public and bank holidays.

You will receive training around prompting and interventions, but you will only provide advice and guidance, if the parent requires this. Your main role is to supervise, and observe family life, taking an accurate record and sending this to your House Lead.

- working with children: 1 year (required)
Licence/Certification:
- Driving Licence and use of vehicle (required)
- enhanced DBS certificate and on the update service (preferred)
